To have gleaming and lustrous hair is every persons dream and is one of the main aspects of their everyday grooming routine. Your whole trendy look would go all wasted if your hair looks greasy, dull, or messy.

Fortunately, if you’re clever enough you don’t need to go a hair salon or buy expensive hair products to get your hair fixed up. Using the right techniques for shampooing, drying, and styling, your hair can be one of your most attractive features.

So to start you off, today we’ll provide you with some practical and useful hair care tips:

· To minimize hair breakage, make sure that your hair is thoroughly wet before applying shampoo on them and don’t lather them for more than 30 seconds.

· Avoid over treating your hair and also stay away from using blow dryers and hair straighteners as much as possible because they cause serious damage to your hair.

· But if you really have to use a blow dryer or a straightener then just towel dry your hair thoroughly and use it at the least hot setting because this will surely help to keep your hair healthier.

· Steer clear of using a brush on wet hair in order to avoid breakage.

· Avoid split ends by getting your hair trimmed regularly. Split ends can be caused by repeated blow-drying, heat-straightening, or excessive brushing. You can avoid causing split ends by brushing less, using less heat on your hair, conditioning regularly, and protecting your hair from extremely hot or cold weather.

· If your hair gets into a tangled mess easily then avoid brushing out the tangles by yourself alone. Get yourself a detangler first that you can easily buy at any local drug store and then equip yourself with a wide-toothed comb or your fingers and start by gently picking out the tangles at the hair ends to avoid pulling your hair out. Once the ends get manageable at the ends, move your way up slowly towards the scalp, combing gently.

· For at home conditioning, apply mayonnaise to dry hair before shampooing. Let it sit for 1/2 hour, then rinse and shampoo as usual.

· For really dry and frizzy hair, consider skipping the shampoo sometimes and just using conditioner. Because conditioner also cleans out the dirt from hair.

· You can repair dry and damaged hair at home also by treating it with oil and egg yolk. Massage a little olive oil into the hair and then beat the yolk of 1 egg and massage it into hair, working from the ends up. Leave it on for 10 minutes, and then shampoo as usual. Do this at least once a week, and you’ll notice that your hair begins to feel more healthy than usual.

· Use some hair serum on damp hair to treat fly-away and frizzy hair.

· For shiny and glossy hair, try a lemon rinse at home. Blend 1/2 cup of lemon juice and 1 cup of distilled water in a bottle. Comb this mixture through your hair after each shampoo.

Hopefully, these tips will get you going and will give you the most luscious, shiny locks you’ve always been longing for!
